Freeze Drying removes all the water from the candy, freezes it down to -50 degrees, and changes the consistency. It's not sticky at all any more, it is crunchy. And now people with braces can enjoy the caramel taste! It's a really fun treat and would go amazingly with a bowl of popcorn!

* Disclaimer - unfortunately, the freeze dried caramel is also very fragile, so some of it may crumble during shipping. We will pack it well, but things do jostle during shipping. It's still delicious, especially sprinkled over ice cream! :)

Generally, all of our orders ship out within 2-3 business days. We use the USPS Priority Mail and have a Flat Rate of only $8 shipping for your entire order. The USPS has been great and manages to get orders to most of the country in 3 shipping days.
