(These were our first attempt at freeze drying the tricky Lemon Heads, so they are crunchy, but they didn't really puff up like we wanted. But they still taste great! :)
Freeze Drying the Lemon Heads takes them from the small, hard candies and makes them slightly puff up and turn crunchy! The Lemon flavor is also much more intense, so if you like Lemon, you'll love these!

Generally, all of our orders ship out within 2-3 business days. We use the USPS Priority Mail and have a Flat Rate of only $8 shipping for your entire order. The USPS has been great and manages to get orders to most of the country in 3 shipping days.
